Rebel Fit Club is the Pacific Northwest’s largest Parkinson’s specific gym and headquarters for all of Kimberly Berg’s satellite sites in greater Portland Metro and Vancouver, Washington. Located in Tigard Oregon, Rebel Fit Club’s expansive 12,000 sq feet is fully accessible to people with limited mobility issues.

Our gym provides our signature Rock Steady Boxing programs, complete with a regulation boxing ring, a variety of additional boxing gear, and all the equipment and space to provide obstacle courses, weight training, golf and bootcamps.

We also offer dance, drumming, voice, Tai Chi, yoga, Pilates, seminars and social events for people with PD and their families in our beautiful dance ballroom.

Our experienced coaches offer personal training and small group classes to give you the extra help you need to improve your balance, gait, strength and pain to keep you independent and improve your quality of life.

The Rebel Fit Club also has massage therapists and other amenities to help you with pain and stiffness. Ask about scheduling with a massage therapist.
