For those who like the convenience and safety of working out at home, we offer every level of our amazing boxing bootcamps. Our daily classes are every bit as active and fun as in-gym workouts.

Choose virtual-only or in gym + virtual combo so you can be active on your non gym days. Our goal is to keep you moving every day!

Rebel Fit Club currently offers the following live virtual classes.

High Intensity Boxing-Bootcamp

Boxing, strength, balance, and stretching. This class is for individuals with a low risk of falling (our highest functional fighters).

Early Morning and Evening Boxing Bootcamp

Boxing, strength, balance, and stretching. This class is for individuals with a low risk of falling (our highest functional fighters). Perfect for Young Onset level.  

Knock-Out Ladies Boxing Bootcamp

These ladies mean business! Boxing, strength, balance, and stretching. For our highest functional fighters. An optional virtual coffee follows the class. Stay and chat. Make new friends and connect with other women.

Rockin’ Seated Boxing Bootcamp

This is a mostly seated class (many people choose to stand). Motivating music, active movement, balance and stretching for your entire body.

PWR! Chair Boxing Bootcamp

This is a mostly seated class but don’t let that fool you. There are some great high energy moves, balance and stretching for your entire body, including great hand stretches.

PWR Lunch Workout

This 30 minute workout is large amplitude and high effort in 3 positions (floor, all 4’s and standing). It specifically targets problematic symptoms of Parkinson’s. It complements the high intensity boxing class or as a standalone.

Seated and/or Standing Full-Body Stretch

This is our ever popular full-body seated or standing stretch class. All are welcome. Appropriate for everyone at any level! *Offered Sat and Sun.

Drumming and Dance

For individuals who can move across the floor quickly and independently while dancing along (no technical choreography). You may also stay seated. Drumming is seated (no drum required). Rhythm and Music is great for brain change. ** Small Additional Fee

Tai Chi for Parkinson’s with Fernando

Research shows people who practice Tai Chi are half as likely to fall and are less fearful about falling. *Offered Saturdays  ** Small Additional Fee

Active Yoga

This class is challenging and active (you may sweat). Modifications are demonstrated.

Small Group Yoga

Same as Active Yoga but in a much smaller group and more personalized attention with slower transitions and modifications. ** Small Additional Fee 

First Friday Fight and Flight Virtual Happy Hour

Here is your chance to visit with your fellow fighters, volunteers and coaches to raise a glass and maybe snack. Our virtual happy hour is a great way to see old friends, make new ones and stay connected.

Virtual Membership includes:

  • Variety of daily live-virtual workouts for every level of participation. No two classes are the same.
