Having an experienced trainer to be that second pair of eyes on you will make your session effective, productive, and safe. Many people injure themselves or just waste their time trying to do their exercises right. This is a number one complaint about working out alone.

Find Relief Even with a Chronic Injury
Whether you have an old chronic injury or just need a stronger core. Our trainers can help you by breaking down your faulty movement patterns. Often, chronic pain from an old injury or from overuse, can be modified or eliminated by learning how to use your core muscles.
Kimberly uses a blend of functional movement strategies and infuses it with STOTT Pilates methods. Many of her clients have been seeing her for over 20 years because they move better and can enjoy a life free of chronic pain.
Find Your Balance
Most people don’t think about their balance until it’s too late, when they actually fall or injure themselves. Balance isn’t just a concern for the elderly, balance training is important for everyone, from athletes to casual exercisers.
Good balance and a strong core go hand in hand. An activated core means better posture, less back pain and improved performance during exercise and athletics. The better your balance and posture is, the less likely you are to injure yourself.
