
Balance is a complex interaction between many systems in the human body. While walking, we should be turning our head and using our eyes and ears to tell us where we are in space. This is called proprioception.
Have you ever considered jump training to improve your balance and proprioception? Almost anyone who can stand (even with a walker) can do a version of jump training. It super-charges your balance training, confidence, and muscular power. Who couldn’t use that?
