Do you have a fear of falling and find yourself hanging on to things as you walk around? Do you feel unsteady on uneven ground? If you answered YES to either of these questions, it’s important that you start working on your balance NOW!!!
Last week, I did a video with an in-line foot position. (Click here to watch if you missed it.) That exercise is great not only for assessing balance but also for improving your balance, and it can be modified for any level of balance. If you had difficulty with it or had to hang on to a sturdy surface, keep practicing. It may take weeks or months to be able to do it for 20 seconds without hanging on, so be patient and stick with it!
In this week’s video, I will show you how to work your balance even more by adding challenges to the basic in-line exercise. No matter where you are in your journey, you can always improve your balance through training. Never lose hope!
