Many people with Parkinson’s disease struggle with speech and swallowing issues. Fortunately, working on your posture and air flow can help ameliorate these symptoms.
Kimberly will show you a simple trick to improve the volume and quality of your breath work. This training is very helpful when combined with a research-based treatment program used by our speech therapist at the Rebel Fit Club. This therapy combines strategies for improving volume, articulation, breath support for speech, vocal quality, intonation, and facial expression. It is offered both individually and in groups.
