Do You Have Stiff Hands and Brain Fog? Do This Fun Parkinson’s Exercise

This finger exercise is one of many Hand/Eye/Brain exercises we use in our classes here at the Rebel Fit Club. It’s fun and interactive, and if you really want a challenge, you can try adding your voice!

Hand exercises, especially those that also use eye-tracking and voice, can stimulate brain activity, improve fine motor skills, enhance coordination, and promote neuroplasticity.

Hand exercises benefit the brain in many ways, including:

  • Improved Motor Skills: Our hand exercisesstrengthen your fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity.
  • Brain Stimulation: Practicing these hand movements stimulates various parts of the brain involving motor control, sensory processing, and cognitive functions.
  • Enhanced Coordination: Exercises that involve alternating hand movements (cross-body training) improve coordination between the two hemispheres of the brain.
  • Improved Memory and Focus: These exercises engage attention, strategy, and problem-solving to enhance memory and focus.
